CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BOX & BURN
Using pads, gloves and a punch bag, this cardio, fun packed class is based on traditional boxing drills that assist in weight loss, increase fitness levels and muscle tone. Not forgetting a fantastic way to let off some steam.
FIT CYCLE
A high intensity workout using a stationary bike, challenging yourself with sprints, hill climbs, intervals, mixed terrain. Using the resistance to push you to your maximum effort.
IRON FIT
The fastest way to tone and shape your body using weights, this is an intensive lifting class using all muscle groups. Focusing on technique you be performing all types of weighted lifts and exercises.
BOOTCAMP
Using equipment, this is a circuit-based timed workout moving from station to station with a difference exercise on each. Suitable for all fitness levels.
ASS N ABS
A Class that focuses on strengthening and toning the lower half of the body (legs, bums and tums) and helping to improve flexibility and stamina.
50/50
A combination of combat exercises, bodyweight and core. This is a high intensity fast-paced workout working on strength, cardio and core. Suitable for all fitness ages.
Memberships available for all Just Eat Staff
To gain access to the gym you will need to book an induction slot to meet a member of the team – this induction session should take no more than 30 minutes. Time for us to tell you about all the developments here at rejuvenate. Once you have met the team and completed your induction then access to the gym space will be enabled via your staff pass. Please note, you do not need to be in gym gear to do an induction.
